QuakeMesh

Imperium Project

A LoRa-based custom mesh communication system built for disaster response. TAK integration, encrypted messaging, and planned WiFi HaLow video broadcasting with drone support.

Built entirely in-house: custom modules from scratch to PCB, IC selection, schematic, layout, local fabrication, hand-soldered prototypes, and iterative testing. This is what our full-stack hardware process looks like in practice.

FPGA as Testing Ground

We validate digital designs on GoWin and Xilinx FPGAs using both vendor-locked (Vivado) and open-source (Yosys) toolchains before committing to silicon. Test timing, peripheral integration, and protocol compliance with real hardware.
